WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

All invoices will be provided through a PayPal invoice. You do not have to have a PayPal account to submit payment. All credit and debit cards are accepted while using the PayPal link.

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT THE DAY OF EVENT?

No we do not accept payment the day of the event. We want our customers to have a stress free event. All payments are due seven (7) days prior to the event.

DO YOU DELIVER AND SETUP THE MARQUEE LETTERS & NUMBERS?

Yes ,we deliver and setup your event the day of 2-3 hours before your event time. We do not allow our items to be picked up.

DO WE NEED TO HAVE ELECTRICITY AT OUR EVENT?

Yes, our marquee letters and numbers must be plugged into a surge protector that we provide and plugged into an inconspicuous electrical outlet.
